I am a trained and certified reiki master working out of Kitchener-Waterloo Region. I have practiced this art form to encourage health, well-being, and balance within our energy bodies. My goal is to assist individuals in a loving, safe environment to begin their journey of healing and to initiate peace in their lives.

I volunteer once a month at HopeSpring Cancer Support Centre. Hope Spring is a cancer support centre for patients actively going through treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, etc. They supply support through modalities such as reiki, reflexology, yoga, wig fitting, and support groups for families with loved ones dealing with the disease.
